About Me
I am not a North Dakota native, but I feel right at home here in Minot. I was born and raised in Idaho. I moved to the Minot area in 2021. It wasn't long after when I found a great career, a welcoming community, and sure enough, my fiance and soon to be step son! I work full time as the Care Coordinator for First Light Home Care and spend quite a bit of my free time volunteering with the Minot Senior Coalition putting on fun events for the seniors as well as promoting home care in Minot and surrounding areas. Even though my schedule may be crazy at times, we have always found time to go to the Zoo, the Discovery Center, fishing, bike riding, and just about anything outdoors! Never in a million years did I think I could ever feel at home in a place that doesn't have quite as many mountains as I am used to, but boy was I wrong. (Although I have found a few large hills that remind me of Idaho that are just as beautiful.)
There is always something to do in this town for all ages! I think it is safe to say, I have found my forever home in Minot.
